SELF CONTROL
Emotion is a reaction that someone shows when that person feel happy, angry or afraid. Not everyone can control their emotion well. Meanwhile, when people can control their emotion well, they can be a better person. According to a research, you ought to do these things to control your emotions.
First, know your emotion. That means, you have to understand what we are feeling. Afraid, angry, dissapoint, happy, lonely and many more, are the type of emotions.
Second, we need to understand what others are feeling. That means we have to feel what others feel, know the type of others person, and put ourself to the person we talk to. Therefore, we are going to success in controling our emotions.
Third, control the emotion. For example when we are mad, we have to face it calmly. Therefore, we are get used to face everything.
Last, we should get rid the negative thoughts when we respon something and not letting ourself controlled by our negative thoughts. Because when we respon something negatively, it will cause negative impact for us or others.
It might not be easy when we apply it in daily life. But as long as we can and want to be better, it will change us to be wiser in facing something.
